The manufacturer offers a 5 year warranty. The manufacturer’s warranty includes protecting the consumer’s product against UV protection failure, manufacturer’s workmanship, primary and secondary backing failure, unreasonable product deterioration under normal usage circumstances. The warranty does not cover misuses, negligence, incorrect installation methods or use of non-specified chemicals on the surface.
This product is made with a heavy metal free yarn which is protected against UV degradation and light fastness to meet the highest standards.

Yes you can. We offer click and collect service just let us know time and date so we can schedule your pick up time with other customers. So that you are not kept waiting.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal.
- The courier fee in Melbourne Metro is $100 flat rate for grass rolls and installation materials.
- Alternatively we offer click and collect service. See Click and Collect details.
- Country and Interstate deliveries we ask to contact the office to confirm freight cost as this can vary from state to state.
- All couriers operate during business hours, Monday to Friday. Allow 4 hour delivery window between between 9-1 and 1-4pm depending on pick up time.
- We will advise when the goods have left our premises
- You will need to be home to receive your goods and have assistance with the unloading if ordering multiple rolls and/or sand pallets are ordered.
- Alternatively we can change your order to click and collect service.
We recommend you check your spam/junk folder. If you have not received an update within 48 hours. Please contact the office.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide an exact delivery time-frame for online purchases. We rely on courier services to deliver to your door and will advise you of t/a time dependant on your delivery location.
We will send you an email with courier and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
If you order multiple items from our website, you may receive separate deliveries shipped by different carriers as items may be sent from different warehouse locations. In this case, you will receive separate emails with tracking information for items that are dispatched separately.
If you change your mind, you may return your order within 5 business days of the date you received it. You will be responsible for a return courier charge 10% and restocking handling fee.
We can offer the following options:-
- Exchange the item less the re-stocking fee (if exchange is for an item of lesser value you will be issued with a credit and alternatively, we can request an additional payment if requested item is of a higher value)
- Offer a refund less re-stocking fee and freight fee if we are to organise the return (subject to inspection at the Warehouse)
- Item must be returned in ‘as-new’ condition. This means you have not used the item that it has no obvious signs of wear or damage.
- Please return items secured in their original packaging. If you cannot return an item ‘as new’ in its original packaging, please use heavy-duty packaging so the item is entirely covered prior to pick-up.
There is no return policy in place for change of mind exchanges for Custom Designed Turf Orders.
Unfortunately, it can happen that items are occasionally damaged in transit.
- Refuse to accept the delivery from the courier if your roll/item arrives and the packaging or the roll/item itself is clearly and significantly damaged.
- Contact Grassart immediately and supply us with any photos or a video If you are able to.
- Grassart will offer you an arrangement dependent on your circumstances. This may include:
- Arrange for the items to be returned to our Warehouse
- Replace the item (subject to availability)
- If we require you to return the product to us, we will pay the cost of the return.
